Terms of Use
Last updated October 31, 2026
By downloading or using UC Rush ("the app"), you agree to these terms. The app is also licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with that agreement, these terms apply to the extent allowed.
Educational use only. Not medical advice.
UC Rush is a simulation for education and entertainment. The cases are simplified teaching scenarios, not real patients. Nothing in the app is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation for any real person.
- The app does not provide dosing and must not be used to make decisions about real patients.
- Guidelines, local resistance patterns, and institutional protocols vary and change over time. Always follow your local guidelines, your supervising clinician, and current references.
- Content may contain errors or become outdated. Use your own clinical judgment.
- If you are a patient with a medical concern, contact your clinician. In an emergency, call 911.
Purchases
UC Rush is free to download with some content included. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks all current cases and longer shifts. It is not a subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can restore a purchase on any device signed in to the same Apple Account using "Restore purchase" in Settings.
We may add, change, or remove cases and features over time.
Acceptable use
Don't copy, redistribute, resell, or reverse engineer the app or its content, except where the law allows it.
Ownership
The app, its cases, text, and design are owned by the developer and protected by copyright. Using the app gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it. It does not transfer ownership.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any decision made or action taken based on the app's content. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
